The London Festival of Railway Modelling
The London Festival of Railway Modelling will once again be taking place this year on 24th & 25th March 2012 at Alexandra Palace. This show pulls in over 10,000 visitors proving that it really is London's premier railway modelling event!
As a London venue, Alexandra Palace offers a unique ambience in this elegant Victorian building for our visitors to relax and enjoy the day, with wide trading aisles and a vast selection of trade on offer. Not forgetting the FREE parking, something not normally available at a London venue.
The event will once again feature over 40 superb layouts sourced by The Model Railway Club of London, plus demonstrations and society stands to ensure a ‘must visit’ show for any serious enthusiast.
The Model Railway Club of London will once again be working with us.
2012 will see another superb collection of almost everything that is Railway Modelling and the new attraction of the theatre that will feature our touring show ‘Layout In A Shed’ with our Layout "Amberdale":
This project demonstrates the different stages of building a layout. The London weekend will show the art of Architecture, Signalling and Lighting for your Layout and will feature live demonstrations throughout the 2 days.
Also at the show will be: -

- 40+ layouts in a variety of gauges
- New products and show offers visitors did not see in 2011
- The BRM Village:-
Visitors can enjoy the BRM village where excellence and expertise within the hobby will be showcased.

- FREE show guide given to all visitors
The venue boats easy road access to the venue: just 8 miles from the M25, 5 miles from the M11 and 1 mile from the north circular.
If you would like to make your booking based on last years stand area please call me on 01778 395024, I will book the stand on the system and send you a plan for approval as soon as this is available.
The initial booking deadline on this event is 28th November for first refusal on stands, after which time we will open the show to new trade and those requesting a move.
