Show Guide

We publish a showguide for each event which is given FREE to ALL visitors to the show.  This is used as a source of information for the visitor across the weekend, so the guides are very well ‘thumbed’!  An ideal vehicle in which to promote your presence at the show and ensure you are not missed.

Once your stand is booked, you automatically get a listing and 20 word description in the showguide free of charge.  This is dependant on the time of booking and if this is still available before the guide gets finalised ready for print.  In order to take advantage of this, please complete the form below and return to Sam Porter at samp@warnersgroup.co.uk, at least 6 weeks prior to the event.

As well as this we can also offer you advertising in the showguide at very reasonable rates.  These showguides are a visitors ‘bible’ for the weekend, containing, as well as exhibitor listings, a trade area map, offers for future shows, A-Z information for the weekend and entertainment news.  If you have a new launch, special show offer or new products then this is the perfect way to advertise it!  If you are interested in taking an ad in the showguide, ranging from 1/8 page to a full page, please contact Tarnia Venning-Smith either on 01778 395020 or at tarniavs@warnersgroup.co.uk.
